Additional Flight Instructor-Airplane Multiengine Land Rating
To be eligible for an Additional Flight Instructor-Airplane Multiengine Land Rating, a person must:
A. Hold a current Commercial Pilot Certificate with an AMEL Rating, and a Flight Instructor Certificate;
B. Be able to read, speak, write and understand the English language;
C. Comply with the applicable requirements.
